RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
The utmost care is taken by our team to ensure your items arrive to you in optimum condition, with strict quality control inspections prior shipment.
We accept items purchased from bamswim.com when returned within 7 days of receipt, providing that:
Item/s are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the condition you received them.
Item/s are not marked or stained.
Item/s are in all original packaging with tags, labels, garment bags and hygiene liners still intact.
Item/s will be inspected upon return to our HQ and will be returned back to customer if they are not in their original condition.
Return shipping is at customer expense. You have 7 days from the day you received your item/s to send them back to us for exchange via store credit. Bam Swim do not offer a direct exchange system. If you require an exchange for example, for an alternative size/ colour, please return the item/s following the process above. Once the item/s have reached our HQ they with be inspected to see if they meet the return & exchange policy. You will then receive a store credit via Email of the same amount due for you to reorder your new item/s via our website.
Please note all sale item/s are final and are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Sale items, including items purchased with a discount of 10% or more are not eligible for exchange or refund. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept returns that are worn or are soiled/stained.
• We ‘Bam Swim’ reserve the right to refuse returns & not honour refunds, exchange and credit notes on items that have been worn, stained/soiled, laundered or altered in any way. This includes such marks as bodily fluids, deodorant stains, tanning products & removed/tampered with liners.
• In the occurrence of garments returned within these conditions we will void your refund/store credit. Returning of garment back to the customer will incur a return shipping cost to be paid by the customer.
• This policy is set in place due to swimwear being classified as ‘underwear’ & due to hygiene reasons once garments are not resalable they have to be destroyed which is a loss to our company, unhygienic & bad for the environment.
• If garment bags are not returned there is a $10 fee deducted from your store credit/refund. If you order 2 or more items and it comes in 1 bag and you return 1 you may keep the garment bag. Please note this on your returns form.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.
If you across a fault in your item which you deem to be a manufacturing fault & not a customer care fault. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible within the 7 days from receipt, with photographs so we can assess the issue & establish a mutual happy outcome.
*Item/s damaged as a result of wear and tear or failure to follow care instructions are not considered to be faulty.
We will unfortunately not be able to make any amendments to your order once your order have been placed. Please ensure all details ( size, colour, personal and delivery details) to your order is correct before completing your order.
Some tanning products, sunscreens and tanning oils may mark and/or damage the fabrics. We recommend taking extra care when using these products as it may fade or affect the garments.
Please avoid contact with rough surfaces, as this may cause pulling on the fabrics of your swimwear. (We do not take responsibility for balling of fabrics if made in contact with rough surfaces).
Please avoid leaving your garments in direct sunlight as this may cause the colour to fade and may damage the garments.
Please do not iron or dry clean.
